Despite of so much flaws in the Hindu religion (millions of gods whose names we can’t even remember, believing that God exist is every one and everything, and everyone also includes sadist and sexist etc) why is it followed on such a large scale?

It has probably more to do with culture than anything else. Hindus are a diverse group and in one sense that diversity is reflected in the pantheon of gods, beings, rituals, etc.

This belief can be part of a larger community while pertaining to the individual or subgroup.

That's just my opinion.
